The Venue is ideal for groups, golf or Batchelor parties.

Each unit is fully equipped with cozy living spaces, fireplaces, and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. Enjoy a variety of activities, including hiking, horse riding, fishing, and canoeing (by arrangement). The property is pet-friendly, making it an ideal getaway for nature lovers seeking a break from city life.
Golf: The popular Highland Gate Golf Estate is a mere 15km from our establishment. We offer affordable private accommodation for groups of golfers who enjoy a self-catering facility that includes a self-catering bar and braai area.
Fishing: Catch and release on site or arrange with our manager for a permit to go fish on one of the oldest and biggest fishing farms in Dullstroom.
Wedding Venues: The venue overlooks one of the farms trout dams and has a spectacular view of the surrounding farms. For wedding couples there is a choice of either an indoor or outdoor forest chapel, both overlooking our trout dams.
Conference Venues: The venue is ideal for corporate events requiring presentation facilities. For team building events we have a variety of activities with weekend accommodation available. Catering services are available on request.
Family-friendly: The Outpost is ideal for families who need a break from the hustle-bustle of city life. There is an abundance of birdlife the critically endangered White-winged Flufftail and Wattled Crane are said to be found in this area. Buck and farm animals.
Romantic: The solitary Fisherman’s cabin nestled in the wattle forest provides the perfect scene for a romantic getaway. Listen to the nesting fish eagles with a view of the early morning mist settling on the dam.
